I disagree for its speedy deletion

Hello, maybe I can't agree its delete reason: No Ndonga Content. If there is already a picture and some words on the page, it doesn't mean that it should be deleted. You can also see the page Tanzania on Twi Wikipedia and Omushangwa Gwaayehe Guuthemba Womuntu. At English Wikipedia, this kind of page is called a substub. It won't be deleted.
